All the hats and infant loss items you see in the pictures on this site were either made with yarn purchased by a Hats Off to Liz member, or with yarn donated by a kind friend or stranger.
Click About Us to contact Hats Off To Liz if you would like to make a donation of money or (brand new) yarn to help keep us going! There's a contact form at the bottom of the page. Just let us know how you'd like to help!
If you are a knitter or crocheter who would like to make hats or infant loss items to donate to Hats Off To Liz, we'd be happy to have those too! All we ask is that you use one of the patterns provided here and choose appropriate yarn for your projects.
We also happily accept donations of brand new baseball caps, which are great for the summer months. If your company has corporate swag and would like to send some hats our way, we'd be happy to list your organization as a donor on our website and on social media!
Chemo caps must be made with very, very soft yarn as the patients' heads are often extremely sensitive. Infant loss items should be made in soft baby colours, as well as neutral, non-gender specific colours. All finished items must be clean and odor-free.
For more information on yarn choices visit the Patterns page.
